Smoke is the main cause of death in tunnel fires. It is one of the important measures to maintain smoke stratification in the early stage of tunnel fire. This article focused on experimentally studying the combined effect of lateral concentrated smoke extraction and longitudinal ventilation on the smoke stratification, which never be revealed before. The velocity of the smoke layer and air layer, vertical temperature distribution, and the flow patterns of the smoke were measured. It was found that the longitudinal ventilation and lateral concentrated smoke extraction would affect the flow of the smoke and change the shear velocity between the smoke layer and air layer, then, the patterns of the smoke layer will be affected. And the flow patterns with Froude (Fr) number can be classified into three categories: (a)Fr < 0.6 , with stable smoke stratification; (b) 0.6 < Fr < 0.85 , with a stable smoke stratification but the blurring interface; and (c) Fr > 0.85 , the smoke layer is completely unstable. The result can provide a reference for ventilation design of immersed tube tunnels.  相似文献

The performance of physical assets has become a major determinant success factor for urban flood control. However, managing these assets is always challenging as there are a huge number of diverse assets involved, which are distributed throughout the city, and owned by different agencies. Aiming at improving the management efficiency of these assets, and ensuring their performance, this paper proposes the concept of cloud asset based on cloud computing, mobile agent, and various smart devices. Through hardware integration and software encapsulation, cloud asset could sense its real-time status, adapt to varied working scenarios, be controlled remotely, and shared among agencies. It enables accurate real-time control of every asset, and thus improves the management efficiency and effectiveness. This paper first presents the concept of cloud asset with its technical architecture, and then analyses the software agent model for cloud asset, which is the key enabler to realize UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) management of assets, and provides mobility and intelligence for them. After that, the framework of cloud asset-enabled workflow management is built, in which cloud asset could be easily found and dynamically invoked by different workflows. Finally, a demonstrative case is provided to verify the effectiveness of cloud asset.  相似文献

In this study, we conducted detailed measurements of the temperature distribution within a steady fire-driven ceiling jet, formed in a tunnel with a rectangular cross-section. We then compared the measured temperature distributions with those for an unconfined smooth-ceiling jet flow, and estimated the relative errors between them. The results showed that the temperature distribution in a horizontal tunnel exhibits a greater bulge than that of a ceiling jet under an unconfined ceiling and varied from a bulging shape to an exponential shape as the tunnel inclination increased. We propose a new correlation for representing the temperature distribution, which takes the tunnel inclination into account, and which consists of an exponential function and a cubic function with a coordinated transformation.  相似文献

火炕采暖在我国北方农村地区非常普遍,为了取得更好的采暖效果,在原有火炕的基础上,以我国北方农村地区火炕中的回风洞(俗称“狗洞”)为研究对象,通过三组实验对烟囱进口处高温烟气的温度和速度进行了测定,依据流体运动中的三大守恒定律,分别建立了三组实验中烟囱内高温烟气流动的平面二维数学模型,利用FLUENT软件对烟囱内烟气的流动状态进行数值模拟,分析了烟囱进口烟气的运动趋势以及回风洞的有无对反风时火炕采暖系统的影响,最后得出结论是回风洞能有效地减弱外界风流的反向作用,阻止了突然自然反风而造成的烟气回流,甚至是火苗外窜的安全隐患。  相似文献

Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) are increasingly important tools for marine applications. A reasonably reliable prediction of their six degrees of freedom (6DOF) motions is essential. The manoeuvrability of these unmanned submarines relies on the capability to predict the hydrodynamic forces on a freely moving submerged body. Numerical simulators integrating the full physics of the problem have been developed but their validation remains the key issue. Three-dimensional calculations still take too much computing power to complete the very large number of simulations which is required for a full validation procedure. Furthermore, a very large pool with expensive measuring devices is also necessary to obtain experimental results. It was therefore decided to construct a 2D hydrodynamic tunnel in which an object can move with three degrees of freedom solely subjected to gravity and hydrodynamic forces. In the present paper, we describe the experimental device ensuring a simple and rapid implementation of trials: a 2D channel with a constant uniform flow. A general validation is considered with an ellipse. The experimental trajectories are compared with the corresponding analytical results and discussed at the end of the paper.  相似文献

针对塑件注射成型自动化实施困难问题, 设计了一副单点潜浇口、两板式2次开模注射模来解决这一难题。模具布局为1模2腔。模具中单腔的机构设置情况为:(1)定模侧,设计了一个油缸驱动的定模顶出机构;动模侧,设置了2个特殊的斜顶+滑块复合机构、1个万能斜顶机构、1个隧道滑块机构、及1个顶针顶出机构;(2)定模顶出机构由油缸驱动定模顶出板以驱动6根斜顶杆来对6个倒扣特征进行自动脱模;(3)2个特殊的复合机构分别为:双滑块+斜顶3次复合抽芯机构、单滑块斜顶两次抽芯机构;此2个机构的作用是,通过斜导柱驱动滑块,从而2次驱动滑块内的斜顶实施2次抽芯,来到达塑件局部区域多次多向抽芯的目的;(4)机构中,使用万能斜顶机构能有效减小模具高度尺寸;使用隧道滑块斜抽芯机构,动模一侧增加1次模板开模打开来驱动隧道滑块实施斜抽芯,能有效利用模具开模动力,降低模具制造成本。  相似文献

双层复合衬砌结构是一种新型隧洞衬砌结构型式,其外衬承受外部水土压力,内衬承受内水压力,体现了"结构联合、功能独立"的新型输水隧洞设计理念,目前该衬砌型式已成功应用到我国北方某输水工程中,如何确定双层复合衬砌隧洞安全预警监控指标是工程运行管理的重点和难点。本文基于以往研究成果,提出了工程结构监控指标及监控阈值确定的统一技术路径;根据双层复合衬砌结构受力特点,开展可能破坏模式分析;基于破坏模式与监测量的敏感性分析,提出层间渗压作为双层复合衬砌隧洞结构核心监控指标,内衬处的钢筋计测值以及外衬处的测缝计测值作为辅助监控指标,为双层复合衬砌隧洞安全运行提供借鉴和参考。  相似文献

Compared to liquid/gas hydrogen tank, the pipeline is an economical way for hydrogen transportation. With the quick development of utility tunnel in China, hydrogen pipeline enters the gas compartment can be expected soon. However, all the safety requirements of the gas compartment in the current standards are designed for natural gas, and the applicability for hydrogen is unknown. Therefore, a series of studies were started to investigate the safety of hydrogen in utility tunnel. In this work, a real utility tunnel locates at Shanghai was selected as the physical object. A 3D numerical model was built and successfully validated by a scaled tunnel test. The model has the maximum deviation of +9.5%. After that, a comparatively study of the dispersion behavior of CH4 and H2 was conducted. The assumed scenario was a 20 mm small-hole leaks with gauge pressure of 1.0 MPa in the middle of the tunnel. Numerical results shown that, H2 has a larger dispersion velocity and higher concentration, and is more dangerous compared to CH4. The current emergency ventilation strategy of air change rate of 12 times/h is not effective enough to dilute the H2 flammable cloud. The alarm time of the testing points shown strong linear law. There was a sharp variation in the range of 20%–100% LFL (Lower Flammable Limit), so the alarm strategy in the tunnel standards is too ideal for both CH4 and H2. The numerical results in the present study could provide a guidance for the design and safety management of the hydrogen tunnel.  相似文献

A laser-induced NO fluorescence technique was applied to measure velocity in a hypersonic shock tunnel nozzle exit. For the application of the technique, a detailed study of the density and fluorescence lifetime of the tracer radical, flow velocity and effective test time is proposed, resulting in a methodology for the application of the technique in hypersonic pulsed facilities. The study has demonstrated that it is necessary to jointly evaluate the flow velocity, the fluorescence lifetime of the radical and the width at half height of the laser beam, resulting in a kind of indicator for the feasibility of the technique. The variation of the laser incidence time with respect to the Pitot signal showed that it is not enough to select a stable Pitot pressure signal region to define the laser incidence time, preliminary trial and error analysis are necessary for each device used. Furthermore, the analysis of the velocity values calculated from the linear fit method shows that the adoption of such a method eliminates the effect of the systematic error of the measurements.  相似文献
